david phillips My records show this entry door, on this project completed in 2007, to be a Simpson brand entry door.
The door is mahogany, stained in the field, with a custom color which I have no resource information.
I do not have the files to be able to provide you the specific door and sidelight code or reference numbers.
The selection doors on the Simpson web site allow you to choose the size, style, panel design, sticking.
The mortise lockset / hardware selection is from a different web site, either Baldwin or Rockymount.
I believe it best for you to obtain the information on a door, which would meet your criteria, would be to contact a contractor / carpenter, depending on the size of your project. You could work with them or visit a local lumber / door supplier. If you bring a photograph of the door, they should be able to provided you with the information your are requesting. You may want to view my side bar of photographs labeled ". detail photographs" which offer additional photographs which will help you in communicating the specifics of the door shown.
If you seek to obtain the cost of the door only, I would suggest to contact your local lumber / door supplier.
The door is 3'-0" wide, the sidelights are 1'-9" wide. The space between the door and the sidelights, called a "vertical mull" is 3 1/2". Combining the products the total width is 7'-1" wide by 7'-6" high, not including the outer jamb thickness.
I would review the final order with the builder and carpenter, to assure that the proper rough opening is available for the door and sidelight frame.

The exterior door hardware was purchased through ROCKYMOUNT http://www.rockymountainhardware.com I hope this information helps you review the various products and availability.
The cost of the door with the framing, installation of the products and the finish should be reviewed and discussed with your builder. The requirements for proper structural support, availability of the products, the cost to stain, and any exterior related renovations should be discussed with the builder.
