I like the idea of extending the island to create a casual eating area with chairs/stools on both sides. I also like the windows and absence of cabinets on the back wall. I would prefer to have a very large pantry and a wall of cabinets surrounding the refridgerator and cabinets/drawers below the counters. I want to leave the above counter space for windows.
