Planning addition - Ranch house with gable roof, 47x 28 brick. 28 x32 addition With hip roof can I have a fake gable (smaller with shaker shingles) above the windows to break up the long roof line? »
The Ranch Mine Great questions. Yes and no. The sails inevitably sag/move a little over time. But they are attached so they can be tightened and altered, so when they do change over time, they can be adjusted and tightened.
Tenshon, LLC Might I make one other, admittedly self serving, suggestion. We also manufacture these sails, and do it here in the US. All of our material is commercial grade and we utilize equal or nicer hardware and materials that shade sails.com. Also, we are much cheaper. www.tenshon.com. ;)
Interested in your deck finish? - I am applying a torch on membrane on my deck and I was wondering what type of material you used in this picture. It looks fabulous. »
The Ranch Mine Thanks, and great question. The concrete was stained with Cohills Enviro Stain. We sprayed 3 colors to create the marble effect. We then sealed it with a clear sealer. Hope this helps and best of luck with your deck.
The Ranch Mine Sorry it took me so long to respond, I must've missed the alert for the question. They shade sail anchors are tied into the roof trusses under the eave
The Ranch Mine Unfortunately we cannot. We are the designers of the project, not the supplier/manufacturer or contractor. I am sure the cost of the columns vary with the changing price of steel. I would consult a local contractor.
