Personally, I've always the sort of earthy feel you get in rooms such as this one. It's very cozy and I can just imagine myself curling up on the couch to read a novel or sip a cup of tea...or both, haha. Being in this room would make me feel sheltered from the brightness of day, without being isolated from it (as the light can be seen shining in through the windows and yet not overwhelming the space). This room simply screams "Autumn,' in my opinion...which is my favorite season, as it happens.

I like the design of the ceiling. Not possible with low ceiling height.
