Backsplash - I have candlelight beige with a charcoal glaze cabinets. The door panels are bead board. What type of backsplash would look good with the cabinets? I love the look of subway tile but think the horizontal lines of the subway tile and the vertical lines of my cabinets would clash. The metals I'm using are weathered wrought iron and brushed nickel. »
krinic Where does this handle screw in ? If it's a cabinet handle the screw would be on the other side ofthe door and show. How you put the second handle on ?
Love your Doors, I am looking for pocket doors, And i would really appreciate it if you can tell me where can i purchase some or other models????. Thanks and best of luck »
Veronica I am also looking on how to save some space in my bathroom which I am about to renovate. This pocket door has some style to it ! Would love to know where this could be purchased from because I am not finding a very good selection. Thanks.
Michelle Paninopoulos You can just buy a door, install it as a pocket door, and put any kind of handle/pull you want on it! I'm going to put IKEA kitchen cabinet handles on mine. :)
2. Reclaim door space. This bathroom has a pocket door that takes up zero space in the room. And what I particularly love about this pocket door is that it is beautiful and has a handle that is easy to get hold of. Most pocket doors have a tiny, circular depression to hold so that it can slide all the way inside the wall. If you can make your pocket door opening a little wider, then you can spare a few inches for a skinny, vertical handle like this.
Many people adore pocket doors. Whether traditional or modern, they are a sneaky detail to enjoy every day and show off on your home tour. Hardware accents and facade finishes can dress up a plain pocket door panel and help it mesh with any interior design.
Like the idea of having closet space before master bath entry and using a contemporary pocket door to enter bathroom space, half wall to separate toilet area is fine too
