rokkefella sorry not to be more exact; the faucet seems to be attached to the drain... i was wondering where it would be possible to get this faucet/drain combo.

vivcheung13 Kohler makes a drain trap that is good for situations where the piping is exposed:

You should find out from your plumber whether it is compatible with the drain assembly that you'll be installing.

As for the faucet, it looks very similar to the Kohler "Purist":
