Building a new house - My husband and I are building a new home and I love this kitchen. Can you please tell me about the cabinet manufacturer as well as the color of the kitchen cabinets along with the island? Thank you. »
Judy The cabinets were custom made and the doors were bought from Conestoga. The darker cabinets are cherry in a harvest gold finish with a sable glaze 15% sheen topcoat. The lighter cabinets are hard maple, crystal white colourtone coffee glaze, 15% sheen topcoat.

I too would appreciate receiving the actual dimensions of the island along with the angle and length of the short jut-out. My kitchen (wall-to-wall) is narrower than yours (by about 16"); knowing your island dimensions will help me to scale my island accordingly.
Thanks in advance for sharing.

Judy The refrigerator hardware is Top Knobs TOP-M811-12
The cabinet hardware is Deco Line Hardware BM303-10B
I found it at a local hardware store, but it is available on the internet.
Could you please admit the width of the kitchen? Ie., from sink wall to oven wall? What is the clearance in inches in the oven "aisle", the sink aisle and the oven aisle? ThAnKs! »
Judy The width of the kitchen is 15'3" from wall to wall. There is 37" between the island and the fridge cabinets and sink cabinets. Not tight at all...plenty of space. I worried too that it wouldn't be, but it really is roomy.
Are your cabinets from a certain company or was it custom? - I really like you kitchen and I wanted to know where you bought your cabinets and I wanted to know around how much you spend on your kitchen? What all did you get done? »
Poor photography messes with how pretty I think this kitchen is. I like the hood treatment, and the window treatment, though I don't think I'll have an opportunity for this. These are lighter countertops. Not sure which I like more. More proof that full overlay are good.
About this size of a partial circle bump-out, then instead of ending on each side it would extend straight out left and right until it would end at the each side.
