Just a thought about bbq - better to push up against wall to save space but if you want you can keep 30 inches away from wall for when you bbq you are facing the pool area while cooking. 36 inch grill plus 3-5 foot work area makes total of 6-8 feet and you can push it on either side of property.

This is where I go into full dream mode, but I would love a nice outdoor kitchen. This one is particularly attractive to me because it has a pizza oven. I think that would be something truly unique.
