Hi. I took this photo in California when I was on vacation. I'm not sure exactly what it is as it is not a plant that works in my zone. You might ask a garden designer from California. Sorry I can't be of more help.

This is a Phormium or New Zealand Flax, possible Dazzler the flower structure is not real i believe it is glass or ceramic.
