Entry Wall

Entry wall depicts the broad color tones that transpire within variable lighting effects. The semi-transparent colorants used to tint plasters differ from the colorants used in paints. The LRV rating (light reflecting value) is paint is measured by the darkness of the color or the hue. However, with a polished plaster the surface absorbs the light more. This is the depth an beauty of Venice, the sunsets and after glows in the evening. A traditional lime wash or marmorino can be pastel on a grey day then transpose into a vibrant warm color in the evening sunset. To understand how authentic plaster is valued is aesthetically pleasing it is also an investment. The finishes never fade and you never have to paint again. The colorants (tints) are very low in VOC's custom tinted to any color. The other advantages are that no dust-mites can burrow in the walls. Allergy free and will not trap dust like most textured walls.
