The walls don't have to be green for the color to take a leading role in room design. I love how these simple pendants energize an otherwise neutral space (without competing with the amazing windows). Green is the perfect choice here - it is much more fun than plain metal or a neutral, but not terribly limiting in terms of other design decisions. The owner of this kitchen could set the table using nearly any colors and the whole space would still look great.
Breakfast nook. A place separate from any other activity in the day to hatch out, enjoy the morning light, and sip your tea. Without a Mrs. Bennett chattering in your ear, hopefully.
I think they a lot like the Tech Lighting Firefrost Pendant : http://www.lumens.com/Firefrost-Pendant-by-Tech-Lighting/PAAAAAIKKFDJMHCF/Product It has the same teardrop shape and comes in a soft green color, Chartreuse”
Like a few elements here -- the built in seating area, the wood top on the island, the white cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling, the many windows
