COOK ARCHITECTURAL Design Studio Thank you for your interest in our project. It is a 'rain chain'; it is used instead of a downspout at this location to carry rain water from the roof down into the flower pots.

The trimwork at the top and bottom of the columns could work for us. Also, imagine the bottom 2-3' could work for us instead of a masonry base.
