jmjm1963 Well said Mr O'Donnell. Being raised in Central Texas and killing and dressing my first deer at age 9, I can appreciate all of your responses, especially the very last one. Many guns are a piece of art which in themselves. And yes I am a female!
Rick O'Donnell Architect It's a sensitive subject these days indeed, but I believe in the right hands they can provide value in many ways. For me personally guns have provided many incredible memories and reminders of hunting and days, years and a lifetime in the field with my now deceased Dad, who exposed me to the joys of hunting and the responsibilities that go along with it. We were taught to enjoy guns and the fun they offer, but alway be mindful of the utmost requirements of safety, respect of the guns, respect of the animals we hunted and the attention that must be paid to those around us and hunting beside us while we have guns in our hands.
Rick O'Donnell Architect The cabinets are made of Alder. Both cabinetry and finish were provided by Georgetown Woodworks in Georgetown, Texas (just north of Austin). www.georgetownwoodworks.com. (512) 868-9048. The stain is a mix of Fruitwood, Golden Hickory and Cherry with a glaze of Van Dyke Brown. Georgetown Woodworks would have to give you the specific mix. Hope this helps.
hate the color. just like the idea of maybe a foot bath instead of a shower, but, it would be nice to have a toilet in the mud room so, ppl dont have to come through the house to use the bathroom if they are filthy
