Beth Chastant I think it is the charleston forge farmhouse work table. If not it is very similar.

Woolen Mill Fan Company LLC The fan model is the emu, it is a direct drive model now available in 100 rpms, I make them in either solid bronze (black patina) or solid iron (also black patina), standard solid quarter sawn mahogany blades. thank you for your interest. Jay
