Bill Fry Construction - Wm. H. Fry Const. Co. There is a vent - but it is hiding! It is called a downdraft vent that pops up when you need it where there is the stainless steel to the rear of the cooktop. Here is an example of what it would look like when it is in operation:

The Shabby Nest Valspar's Baked Bahama is a similar red, and Valspar's Lunar Tide is a similar neutral.
