I love the xeriscaping the lavendar and blue grass plus the steps just trinkling out of the slope.

These walk steps up to the house are great. Very effective use of light for safety, but also dramatic / welcoming effect. A potential consideration for the front area (which we had not discussed). Interesting how similar the slope is to your own house!
