Mix eras. Here a vintage brass bed, contemporary dresser, and Federalist mirror meld into a light country composition. The mostly-white color palette and mix of metal finishes holds everything together in a modern way.
An asparagus fern (though not technically a fern) adds a burst of life to a serene bedroom, which is also designed by Laura Leiss Interiors. Mixing live plants with natural textiles and fibers, like jute and cowhide, gives a room a truly organic look.
A beautiful white chest of drawers holds a lamp in the center, a plant to the left and an alarm clock. Notice the federal-style mirror to the side of the lamp, creating a layered bedside vignette. What's on your bedside table? Share your style with us in the Comments section.
