EnvironmentalLights.com We carry a product by Kichler that could work in an application like this for stair lights, but they are typically used in outdoor applications.

White Eagle Custom Solutions, Inc There are many factors which would go into the cost of this bar...wood type, finish, size of bar, installation, location of where bar will be placed, etc. It is difficult to give a realistic cost until those factors are discussed.
