Oakley Home Builders You could always try "faux" wainscoting where you purchase foot boards (1/4 inch thick) and have them all cut to 3 feet - space them about 20 inches apart, adding a chair rail to the top of the boards. You would then paint the entire lower section white. Hope that is helpful.
