WaterMark Coastal Homes, LLC Thank you for your interest in this home. We actually DO have a similar version of this home that is marketed on the Southern Living Home Plan website. It's called the Winonna Park and was the original version of this home. Hope that helps!

watermarkhomes Thanks for your interest in this home. The exterior is actually not brick, but stucco. It was a custom color applied in what's called an Old World finish which actually mixes two colors. Sorry I can't be of more help on that. This home is going to be featured in Southern Living on their iPad version in the next month or so, so you should definitely check it out!
