8. Small gym. You'd be amazed at the places a treadmill can fit. An unused storage space could become your new gym — mount a TV on the wall to keep your eye on the ball, and you're halfway there.

We'd like to get something rubber on the ground and add a TV to be used for workouts and karaoke. We'd like somehow add French doors so that we could swing the TV out to the patio or roll it out easily.
