The handsomely crafted porch extends the living area of the home’s den by 250 square feet and includes a wood burning fireplace faced with stone. The Chilton stone on the fireplace matches the stone of an existing retaining wall on the site. The exposed beams, posts and 2” bevel siding are clear cedar and lightly stained to highlight the natural grain of the wood. The existing bluestone patio pavers were taken up, stored on site during construction and reconfigured for paths from the house around the porch and to the garage. Court - Please let me know where you found the stag head. I love it and haven't seen it anywhere. Can I find it at Atlantas merchandise Mart? »
TreHus Architects+Interior Designers+Builders Here is what my specs from the project say: "deck surface to be 1 x 6 “Ironwood” Ipe attached with trimhead stainless steel screws." Ipe is a beautiful and durable exotic hardwood that is great for decks and porches. You should be able to get it through your local lumber yard.
TreHus Architects+Interior Designers+Builders sandvb, we provided some of the furniture in this room (the nesting tables, ottomans) but not the stainless table & chairs, so I don't have any info on that. Wish I could be of more help!
It's the Roost 'noble stag head'.
