This is one area of our living room....the two black chests flank the 5 foot wide opening to the kitchen. The chests are matching and each has two identical tall iron lamps that flank tall metal edged mirrors. I have two glass containers that I can use for flowers or seasonal decorations. For Christmas I have simply added moss to fill the bottoms and then placed silver decorations in the moss and added tall silver sticks. This is simple and very pretty.

It was online and I had googled...if I remember correctly, Black Portuguese chests with medallion and from there I found a web site and bought them online. I had actually seen one at a store here in Portland, but they only had one and I needed two. They are exactly like the one I saw in a shop, and at less than half the price. Sometime things just work out!! Wish I could be more help. Carole
