Soma Penthouse Master Bedroom.
A monochromatic soothing color creates a sanctuary away from the hustle-bustle of the city. All custom designed. A sofit was built to house indirect lighting and "an invisible door" (which looks part of the wall) leads to "a sex in the city" closet. This room is on over 2K ideabooks and got us the "2012 Best Of" award.
This room could be yours:-) the penthouse is now on the market.

Does anybody know what color of paint is on the walls of this pic? »
Jennie Nunn The low VOC color was created by the designer for G&R paint. It's called Tidal Green. It can be seen at Ochi and Company in San Francisco: http://ochiandcompany.com/
7. Pastels. Colors à la Marie Antoinette were a huge part of the new French baroque interiors of Chapultepec Castle. Bedrooms, sitting rooms, and traditional French furniture were often done in soft shades of blue …
The square shade on this nightstand lamp adds to the architectural details of this bedroom. (Look at all the moldings!) And it's a perfect fit for the glass lamp base, which almost disappears so you see the room's dominant wall color through the glass.
For a truly calming bedroom, pastels are the way to go. Eliminate visual competition by concentrating on only two shades, such as seafoam green and white. The softness of the pastel dominates the space. Talk about soothing.
