B. Gardening Landscape Design Fritillaria. They are a bulb to be planted the same time as a tulip (in the late fall in Colorado) and they bloom in the spring. They are very expensive for a bulb and they smell like a skunk when they are a bulb, but there is nothing more magical in the spring. They are truly impressive
