Style On a Shoestring I believe the pendants were purchased at Restoration Hardware but it has been many years now. Please look for something similar on Lamps Plus or Bellacor on-line.

Style On a Shoestring I'm sorry but I don't recall specifically what the color is; however, it is likely a slate blue in the Dunn Edwards such as Adirondack. Restoration hardware has a wonderful slate blue you might like as well...take a look as it's an easy way to get a good color that has been tested by a lot of designers :-)

Style On a Shoestring It's true, the host chairs are larger than is typical. The client's felt this was very important to them. Ideally they would not have been quite this large BUT you can still walk around them.

artisterirenee Blehm Professionally, I dissagree with the suggestion of placing the dining table parallel.The open concept area being long and narrow has nothing structurally or visually dividing living area from dining.

What has been achieved in the pictured space, utilizing the widest and larger of the dining furnishings (table) in the position shown, a "visual break" has been created. The distinct seperation between adjoining, different use areas, has been accomplished.

Additionally, heavy wingbacks placed on each end of the table, introduces weight and balance Perfect undisrupted traffic flow, enabling access for proper functionality of the dining area. Delightfully elegant.

Style On a Shoestring I'm so sorry but it's been a long time since the paint was selected and I don't recall the color we used; however, I am certain it was a Dunn Edwards paint given that we generally use their brand. Try the following colors: DE6311 Haze Blue, DE6318 Lake Placid, DE6338 Shiny Nickel, DE6346 Silver Springs. These should get you within the range. Some darker and some lighter but will be fun to play with in your space. Happy Painting!
