Inga Romberga (Jud [Džūd]) As I said before... it is from Latvia. And I dont think it will be easy and cheap to order it here....
You can order it to someone who produce handmade things in USA. It`s not so complicated!

Lily Gahagan Judging by the reclaimed wood bar, I'd say this is handmade. You can find a few similar styles here though (sadly, without pom-pom ball trim!):
