Studio Momentum Architects, PC Sorry about the delay, but I just returned from Europe. The sinks are by Kohler, undermounted below a Silestone countertop. Cabinets are maple. Faucets by Hans Grohe I believe.
large shower---soaking tub - I have a large solid surface, totally enclosed including ceiling, shower. It is similar to the one in this pic as far as the entry is concerned. I want to make it a soaking tub shower combo. It now has a glass door where this one has no door, but I want an absolutely no leak walk in soaking tub type door. Can my large shower be converted with some sort of drop in soaker? I don't mind cutting the front solid surface down to make this happen. Am I dreaming or can this be doned? I want a soaker tub/shower combo in the same footprint....... »
Studio Momentum Architects, PC This shower is too small for that tub. The shower is about 4' x 6' with a bench along the window side. You would need a shower about 6' x 8' to comfortable fit a tub and still have room for the shower head and shower use.
Studio Momentum Architects, PC Both were found online. I know that the stone/glass mosaic is 1/4" x 1/4" squares, and the glass tile is 1" x 1". I believe it is called icicle.
3. Prepare to combat chills. There's no getting around it — open showers can be drafty, especially in the winter months. Installing a heat lamp and radiant heat bathroom flooring can offset the shivers. Mount a heated towel rack nearby, and you'll be extra toasty as you dry off.

Open shower with vertical wall pieces for separation, dropped soffit above for ventilation, mood lighting, and ductwork above. Entrance to bath has a nice view.
