lareinadls I was taught that perfect vanity lighting lights the face from both sides. So I would lower the middle fixture a bit and add a light about a third of the way down on each outer side of the mirrors. That's most flattering and best for working at the mirrors. Putting a light above the mirror creates deep shadows on any face at the mirror.
park1601 Wonderful -- I am in the middle of a guest bath renovation & this looks as though it would be a perfect match. Could you direct me to a website so I can view this fabric -- or obtain a sample swatch?
Faiella Design I can check in with my decorative painter to see if if we could make you a stencil and how much that would be. Please email me your contact information and i can get back to you with more details.
Thanks,
Anastasia
mike foti There are actually 3 options - a shower door, a shower curtain or a bath screen (also called a shield).
The shower door will most likely be the most expensive option - but they can range a lot in price depending on if you get a framed door (the cheapest) or an unframed door (the most expensive). The door will do the best job keeping water inside the wet space - but it can be tough to step over the door and the tracks can be difficult to clean.
The shower curtain will be by far the cheapest option. The curtains don't do the best job of keeping water in - but you'll get better results if you use a curved shower rod (I'll put a link here for your reference on curved rods and shower doors) - http://innovatebuildingsolutions.com/products/bathrooms/shower-accessories
The last option would be the bath screen. This product is very cool because it has a pivoting door with an opening at the end which makes it easier to get into the space and the door can be swung inward to keeping the water in the tub area. I've included a pic of the shower shield below.
Faiella Design A shower door is most likely better, depends on your needs and over look you are going for the design!
This is a custom shower curtain we had made for this designed space.
Thanks!

What are the dimensions of the bathroom overall as well as the vanity and bathtub? - I have a bath that is 6X11 and am trying to determine the most efficient layout »
like idea of keeping counter surface as extension to backsplash and carrying the accent detail into the shower area... nice flow extends feel of space. Clean and simple design.
Better size tub
Curtain here boring obviously not right color look feel of bathroom at all so maybe a regular curtain rod won't be terrible if with nice curtain but just feels not high end custom
Idea for all bathrooms:
Loft or Laundry (bath/shower)
Jack & Jill bath (one glass comes off)
Basement bath/shower
