Michelle Edwards Hi, thank you. I hope I can explain it well enough....Take About a 4" length of small ribbon and hot glue the ends to the center, making 2 loops, then take a small length (1-1 1/2") of ribbon and glue over seam. Hope that makes sense, let me know if you need further help.

Michelle Edwards I used a rubber band to secure the canes, then used the ribbon and bow to hide the rubber band.

Michelle Edwards Thanks! The column candles were purchased at Hobby Lobby. The plastic candy canes are from dollar stores like Dollar Tree and/or Dollar General. I put a rubber band around the candle and slipped the canes under and added ribbon to hide the rubber band...plus makes it removable. I also put it on a small bread plate to make it steady and easy to move around.
