C.O.S Design Sorry, never heard that before. We were the landscape architects who designed the pool and surrounding area and not the house so am still unable to answer your question sorry. The company is called DDB Design and are contactable through http://www.ddbdesign.com.au if you wanted to ask them. Sorry i can't be of more help.

C.O.S Design This distance would only be around 2-3m. From memory the whole garden was 6-7m across. 1m garden against the fence. 3m pool and around 2.5m decking.
