Venegas and Company We outfitted the "right section" with a bank of drawers for storage and put a stone counter on top to act as a serving area. Good luck with your project!
Darryl Reiter Are the seat cushions higher than the window sill? I have a similar situation I'm working on and am concerned about cushion pressing against the windows. Thanks!
Venegas and Company The cushions were designed and sourced by the interior designer and unfortunately I do not know exactly how they are attached to our cabinetry. I wish I could be more helpful.
House of L Interior Design The bench is a built-in and was most likely constructed during the project on-site. The chair appears to be the "Hudson Street" Collection dining chair from Stanley furniture. Not sure on the table. Hope this helps!
Venegas and Company Thank you for your inquiry! The bench is in fact built-in around the window from one of our cabinet makers and delivered to the site completely finished and ready for install. The other furniture was sourced by the interior designer, but thank you House of L sourcing some of the items.
Where do the windows start - at the top of the back cushions, or do they extend below the cushions? - My windows are only 25 inches from the floor. I am wondering if this is too low for bench seating. »
This looks great. I think that I like the airy feel -- and the sense of space -- rather than the standard cramped breakfast nook feel. Might not be much to be done on that score though. Not wild about the coloring of the cushions but like the comfortable look.
