We are the Architects for this project; this sink is in the Butler's Pantry. It was chosen to create a warmer, less utilitarian aesthetic (copper finish, wood counter tops) and to separate this area from the Main Kitchen sink area.

Venegas and Company Thank you for your inquiry! The counters are sealed with a marine grade clear coating, and they are not susceptible to staining, but they may scratch or get slight marks depending on how you use the surface. That is the beauty of using wood, over time it will "patina".

The stained glass inserts are independent leaded glass panels attached to the inside face of operable, insulated Marvin windows. The panels were produced by Jim Anderson Stained Glass here in Boston.
