Jennie Nunn Depending on the type of stone, you may have to drill into the surface to hang a shelving system. It looks like these lights were pre-built into the shelves.

Add an accent element to the wall, like stone cladding or punchy wallpaper, and some accent lighting to create the feel of your favorite lounge.
For the buffet in the dining room, we definitely want a beverage fridge in there and maybe a wine fridge. I'm debating whether or not to do a small bar sink. It might be nice to have one. I don't want the counter top broken up too much so if we do a sink, it probably needs to be on one of the ends. I'm also leaning towards not doing uppers. I don't want it to feel too "kitchen-y". Maybe some interesting shelving. Here's a couple examples I found:
