Rebekah Zaveloff Many people do this by choice in new construction or have this as an existing condition in older homes. operable windows are less poplar than glass block or privacy ones.

calikym @Rebekah - why are operable windows less popular? I would think that most people want to ventilate the shower area and so one old want it to open... Thanks for the help.
