Blinds Of All Kinds I believe the top is a flat panel on rings. On the bottom of the flat panel are grommets, which are sewn to the draperies. It may be a box pleated panel. I think it looks fresh and what a creative idea with the flat panel and then bring in the grommets in the bright color right across the natural mullion of the window. Just beautiful!

It is hard to choose the right white, but perhaps the above Ideabook will help. It's also really hard to get the shade right from a photo, but have you looked at Ben Moore's Super White, White or Decorator's White? Those are 3 great whites.
How were the rods brackets installed above the window moulding and below the crown moulding? - I have a similar issue in my home. My window moulding and crown moulding are only 1/2" apart. I can't figure out how to have a center bracket installed to support a long rod. Any ideas? My ceiling is coved above the moulding and my windows are arched. »
