The objective of this renovation project was to almost double the livable space without increasing the building footprint and to develop an exterior aesthetic in harmony with the context of the historic neighborhood. Raising the roof allowed the full footprint of the second floor to be utilized for three children's bedrooms, a hall bath, and a master suite. The new third floor provides a home office and separate children's study/play room.
