Love the simplicity of it. But I do worry about that faucet freezing being on an outside wall. I'll bet they included some heat into the wall build out.
This bathroom is a good example of positive and negative space. By using very neutral colors and textures the designer examplifies the positive space of the large scale window. The simple wall space and mural like forest setting create an overall balanced space.
