COASTROAD Hearth & Patio It is dificult to tell from this distance, but it appears to be one of the larger direct vent Spark fireplaces. Check them out here: http://www.sparkfires.com/
There are other companies that make big linear fireplaces, but not many this big. Here are a couple that are that big:

I like the couch. I want something that is comfortable to stretch out and nap on but that also has a certain amount of structure. While this couch might be a bit too low- slung, it appeals to me taste. This room in general is a tad too sparse and a tad too neutral but I like the lines.
