John Bynum It is just a crawlspace for some lawn equipment storage. It has a dri-below type system underneath that keeps most of the water out. We did not go to great lengths to make sure it was completely dry.

rpa2012 Okay thanks Is this dri-below system a custom system that is available or did you just use some sort of rubber mat or something to keep most of the water out. My plan is to also pour concrete flooring and keep it dry as much as possible to use it to some lawn equipment, bicycles etc.
