I'm from Wyoming. Lots of rocks there, so making one into a sink has a visceral appeal.

Natural Basalt Pillar Stone Sink With Black Interior

Basalt is a natural igneous rock that is formed by rapidly cooling magma (lava from a volcano). The material used to make the Eden Bath S030 is known as pillar stone, and is formed when cooling volcanic rock is shaped into natural pillars. The stone sinks are cut from these pillars, leaving the natural edge around the sink, and carving out and polishing the black basalt interior. A phenomenal design for the true nature lover. The Eden Bath pillar stone basalt sink will vary in diameter (typically from 16 to 23 inches) just as nature intended. No two sinks will look exactly alike.
