This kitchen remodel was designed by Phil Rudick, Architect of Urban Kitchens + Baths, Austin, Texas. The space was very compact so the microwave/ vent was placed over the cooktop. The Absolute Black granite countertop separates the cooktop from oven below to maximize continuity. The dishwasher has a matching wood door front.
