This Single Hole Kitchen Faucet with Spring Pull Down Sprayer and Support
looks like this one available at Signature Hardware, although there are a number that fit this general description:

I don't think these are oval, I think they just look oval due to the angle of the picture.
If you hit the 'more info' below the picture you will see more pics from this house and another one of the lights where they don't appear oval.
Great looking kitchen! I would presume the island cabinets are painted maple... Which is often used as a paint grade wood for custom cabinets. And the top is probably walnut butcher block.
That's a really good question. I often times start with matching the floors to the rest of the house to create a sense of space and flow..but that said, if you're refinishing all your floors or building new, you can do whatever you want. I try for contrast and consistency...Here you see the contrast of the dark floor and the light tops, but the butcher block color also is consistent with the flooring color. The important thing is to keep everything from being the same exact color and tone. That gets muddy.

Like fridge and small cab next to it. Make it a pull out cab and it will hide our support wall. Cabinet next to that like shown than 48 stove. Brick back splash. Red to add color. Pillars same brick but with overlay grout? Same brick around fp. Red will be accent color to project with charcoal grays. Black. Stainless. Apron sink - black??? Rustic?? Sink in island sloped to add modern feel. Bronze? Rustic
