For example if this door shown is 48" wide, you should factor in 48" clear - 360 degrees around the entire door swing. Also make sure it is free of obstructions outside of the 48" diameter for people entering, waiting, standing outside of the door path of travel.
Fenstermann LLC-Newport Beach 48" is the minimum we will use for a pivot door. You need 6-8" to clear the door, anything less will be a big inconvenience down the road. I dont think this one has enough clearance.
