Sometimes side tables aren't exactly "tables" - like here, where a built-in extension to the bathtub ledge holds storage plus a place to set your glass of wine while you take a bath. The function, however, is just as important as with a traditional table. And it looks so modern and clean.

Dry wall on shower is fitted with other material. Consider translucent/reflective material in that location. If it were mirrored, it would need to reflect beauty (perhaps of shoji door).

I love the pretty green tile with the built in wooden shelf for storage The little nook could be used as a seat or an aditional storage spot. Great use of space in a smaller bathroom.
