Green Homes When you say "change at a seam", I would ask are those seams on the same plane. In other words, if you have a horizontal surface transitioning to a vertical surface, I would say that it is fine. If there are two horizontal surfaces, like through a doorway, I would tend to stay away from that. If for example you have two vertical surfaces separated by a border, I would also say that is fine as well.

imdoingit No, I did not use the marble around the tub. I have a standard tub.

Green Homes It isn't much. The tub barely fits on this layout. I would say 2.5 to 4 inches.

Green Homes I believe the stain is called burnished bronze from Sherwin-Williams. That may be a special custom color. I'm not sure.
