Andre Rothblatt Architecture The stainless steel countertop and integral sink was custom made by a local sheet metal fabricator.

The clients spotted and selected the granite used for the island countertop and backsplashes, but it was Rothblatt's idea to use squares of the granite as the backsplash at the stove and the sink. Rothblatt added several upper display cabinets covered in smoky red glass. The glass breaks up the solid wood cabinetry, so the kitchen still feels light and open. Backsplash: Heath Tile
