kbracey, this custom vanity was designed by the home's architect, Ken Dahlin of Genesis Architecture. Then it was built by Cap Wood Products in Waukesha, Wisconsin USA. In fact, Cap Wood provided the cabinetry and millwork throughout the house.
These medicine cabinets were designed by Ken Dahlin of Genesis Architecture, and built by Cap Wood Products, as was all of the millwork and cabinetry in this custom home.
Close but no. It's a piece of custom cabinetry designed by Genesis Architecture to resemble a Japanese tansu chest.

I'm going to assume it's a standard drywall ceiling. I'm mid-project with a similar detail. The base and ceiling reveal are created by a trim piece installed prior to taping/finishing
