This home office was built in an old Victorian in Alameda for a couple, each with his own workstation. A hidden bookcase-door was designed as a "secret" entrance to an adjacent room. The office contained several printer cabinets, media cabinets, drawers for an extensive CD/DVD collection and room for

Yes! I want 15 drawers!
I'm guessing that hides a closet
I saw this approach in a couple houses we looked at, and really liked it. Not only does it provide a lot of storage, but it allows space to be cut out of a room while feeling deliberate. This might be nice in a loft. I've also seen it used in kitchen's, with
Light hardwoods and built ins, airy
I just can't say enough about the beauty and the wonder of built-in cabinetry. This bedroom cabinetry has 15 — count 'em — 15 drawers in which to hide your pants, shirts and what-have-yous. The display space above gives an opportunity to admire a collection. Beautiful! This avoids Mistake No. 9: Inadequate
