for a section of the house 16 feet wide and 20 feet long. My concern would be the sagging of the wood beams as there are no concrete beams.

Stays green even under snow in N.C. and never needs mowing unless you want a very formal look. Took lots of watering to get started, now thrives with total neglect. Gorgeous green color. Google dichondra seed. I think I bought ours from Park Seed.
